The solution to your struggles
The solution to your struggles
Whether it’s difficulty sleeping, feeling stuck, or knowing you want more out of life—starts with deep, expert-level therapy. If you’ve been in therapy before but feel like you need more to truly move forward, I can help.
With years of advanced training and experience, I specialize in guiding people beyond surface-level change into real transformation. Together, we’ll uncover the deeper patterns and challenges holding you back, helping you not only sleep better but also reclaim your energy, purpose, and confidence.
My approach combines proven techniques like Mindfulness-Based interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Existential Psychotherapy, all designed to give you the tools for lasting change. If you're ready to take the next step and create real progress in your life, I’m here to help you make it happen.
A little about me—my journey started with a degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, followed by my master’s and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Behavioral Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University. I trained at VA Palo Alto and Stanford University for my internship and completed my postdoctoral fellowship at VA San Francisco and UCSF. I’ve had the privilege of caring for our nation’s veterans in the VA healthcare systems of Tampa and Orlando, and since 2017, I’ve been in private practice in Tampa’s Hyde Park area.
I’m licensed in Florida and New York, and with my PsyPACT credential, I can work with clients via video in 43 other states.
