5 Habits for Better Sleep

It's completely understandable that your bed and your bedroom have become reminders of poor sleep. I've done my fair share of reading emails on my phone in bed. 🤦‍♂️ It doesn't have to be this way. You can learn 5 habits for better sleep!

  1. Go to bed only when sleepy, not just fatigued or tired.

  2. If unable to sleep, get out of bed and return to bed only when sleepy.

  3. Use the bed and bedroom only for sleep and sex.

  4. Wake up and get out bed at the same time every day; regardless of how much you slept.

  5. Do not nap.
