You can schedule a therapy appointment with me by following these steps:
1. Select an available day on the calendar below. Available days have a white background.
2. Find your preferred time and select the Book Appointment button.
3. Login or register when prompted. Please be sure to use a strong password.
That’s it! You will receive an email when your appointment request has been confirmed. You may schedule up to three (3) appointments in advance.
You can view upcoming appointments, view appointment history, and change your password by visiting the My Appointments page.
